Event Description:
The Missoula Symphony Orchestra's 55th concert season goes out in a blaze of glory, starting with one of Verdi's greatest overtures. Then, special guest soloist Corey McKern, baritone, will sing Mahler's introspective and gorgeous Ruckert Lieder. The grand finale will be the most famous symphony ever written: Beethoven's Fifth! Saturday evening at 7:30pm Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm Program: La Forza del Destino Overture - Verdi Ruckert Lieder - Mahler Symphony No. 5 - Beethoven www.missoulasymphony.org
